For the second year in a row, the Broncos and Raiders will matchup in week 17 at Empower Field. Let's hope for a similar result to last year's 16-15 Broncos win.

The Raiders have been a very Jekyll and Hyde type team throughout the season. One week they look like legit playoff contenders and the next week, they look like they couldn't compete against a college team. Let's hope the latter version of the Raiders shows up this week in Denver.

So what you want to say about the Broncos who came into this year with high expectations, but even with that disappointing 5-10 record, you can't say that they've quit. They have battled every week through injuries and COVID setbacks and even had a game where they had to play a game with a practice squad QB.

The Broncos and Raiders have met 122 times with the Raiders holding a 66-54-2 advantage. Both teams are looking to close out 2020 on a positive note and while a win on Sunday won't soften the blows of a difficult season, it would feel nice to stop the Raiders from reaching the .500 mark and give them yet another losing season. No matter what the situation or records are...it's always good to beat the Raiders.

Just beat the Raiders baby.
