Fort Collins Police Services (FCPS) have busted Fort Collins Chinese Foot Massage (749 S. Lemay Avenue) for prostitution, according to their Facebook page.

The Fort Collins Police Neighborhood Engagement Team (Net) launched an investigation into the parlor in August of 2019 after a receiving a report about illicit activity there.

A customer told investigators that an employee attempted to perform a sexual service on them after they requested a massage.

Police discovered that women were performing illegal sexual acts on paying customers at the parlor. They also learned that the women were being dispatched to a neighboring business, Touch of Heaven Massage, for the same purpose.

Timothy Vronay, 71, and Jingwen Liao, 56, owned and operated both of the locations.

Police filed arrest warrants against the two men in September of 2019 after searching both parlors and their homes in Commerce City. The men eventually turned themselves in to the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office.

Vronay is facing the following charges: Colorado Organized Crime Control Act, Pimping, Money Laundering, Keeping a Place of Prostitution, Pandering, and Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender.

Liao is facing the same charges, with the exception of weapon possession.

"I'd like to commend officers for their persistent pursuit of justice," said FCPS Chief Jeff Swoboda said in a press release. "They were able to disrupt a criminal operation and make Fort Collins a safer place."

A third suspect, 59-year-old Chen Fuan, is still at large and wanted for Pimping.

Anyone with information relating to these suspects and the case is asked to call Detective Chris Renn at (970)-415-2385.
