84-Year-Old Burglar At It Again

An 84-year-old woman whose criminal record goes back to the 1950s is in custody again. The Hungarian woman who is known as "Flying Gizi" was arrested after she took about $75 dollars American from a home in central Hungary. She has been convicted for over 20 crimes and has spent about 18 years of her life in prison. She said in her autobiography that she became a kleptomaniac as a result of having meningitis as a kid.

I don't know why I found this story as funny as I did. Maybe because she is 84 and has been doing this since shortly after WWII or the fact that she has eluded police many times, but $75 was her down fall that got her caught again. I know one thing though, I think I might have to check out her autobiography just to see her whole story.
