3 of My Favorite Places in Greeley

Classy, Upscale, Chic...these are 3 words I would use to describe this cinema and lounge. The Kress is probably the best-kept secret of local movie buffs. It's my favorite place to watch movies with an atmosphere unlike any other movie theater. From the food (yep, they have popcorn and candy) to the bar as well, featuring alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks which are permitted in the theatre and you can munch on the snacks during the movie. The Kress is a more upscale movie theatre set apart from regular ones which makes it perfect for date night. It makes me feel like I am in Hollywood during the heyday of the classic films. Who would have ever thought that there would be an actual French café/restaurant in Greeley, Colorado? I never dreamed it nor did I dream that it would be this spectacular. Complete with crepes, wine, and berets...Café Panache makes you feel like you really just hopped a plane and are in Paris. I was recently in Paris, so I can attest to this statement. Plus, it offers an artistic atmosphere as well. Its walls are full of artwork from local artists. It's furnished and decorated as well with a cluster of the cutest finds of chairs and tables. It's perfect for a quick coffee or glass of wine, breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner. Visit their Facebook page as well for complete times they are open and what they whipped up that day.

All I can say is that if I moved away from Greeley, I would come back just to get my hair done by Richard. I can't tell you how many comments I get all the time on my hair and how do I get it to look so natural (I'm not naturally blonde, only act like it sometimes...ha). I tell everyone that I found the perfect man...to do my hair! The salon here is a different salon that is welcoming to women as well as kids and men with a family feeling combined with a rock star edge. Richard has been nothing but busy for 2 years and loves every minute of it. His customers fall in love with him as well, because of his big heart. He keeps his haircuts at a low cost of $8! He wants to do what he can to help out the American family who might not want to break the bank on haircuts for growing kids.
