It's the most wonderful time of the year...the time where we're celebrating one Fort Collins brewery every day in December! Welcome to the 25 Beers of Christmas.

On the 13th day of Christmas, my true love gave to me....a local beer that will give you those alumni feels. It's Cam's Orange Belgian White, from the Ramskeller Brewhouse on CSU's campus!

Located on the 100 level of the Lory Student Center, the Ramskeller works with the CSU Fermentation Lab to feature student creations, and Cam's Orange is one of those special beers. The beer features local ingredients, and here's how the brewers describe it:

A Belgian Wit gets its glowing whiteish appearance from a combination of a generous portion of wheat, and, a unique, top-fermenting yeast strain that remains suspended in the beer, providing a creamy mouthfeel and texture. This variety of white winter wheat in this beer, Antero, was bred and developed at CSU, and malted by Troubadour Malting, here in Fort Collins.

The beer features orange peel, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, and Indian coriander for a refreshing, quenching taste.

According to Jeffrey Calloway, Associate Director of Fermentation Science and Technology, this beer only comes around "once in a Blue Moon", so get it while you can!
