Two Girl Scout Cookie Beer Pairings in Northern Colorado This Weekend

It's the most wonderful time of the year. No, it's not Christmas. It's girl scout cookie season. 

Grab your Do-Si-Dos and your Thin Mints and get to the below breweries this weekend to see which brews pair with which Tagalongs (that's still one, right?).

Big Thomson Brewery is playing into the hype with their event, happening on Februrary 7. They describe their pairing event as follows on their Facebook page:

Join us for a Girl Scout Cookie and beer pairing! For only $15 get FIVE 5 oz tasters paired with a cookie all weekend long!

Seems like a pretty sweet deal to me.

Rally King Brewing in Fort Collins is also getting into the spirit, and their pairing also only costs $15. On Sunday, February 9th from 2-5 p.m., you can order a flight of beers with cookies included, and they'll provide milk for anyone under the age of 21. Their pairings include:
