Zombie Fest: This Weekend in Old Town Fort Collins [PHOTOS]

Get your zombie on this weekend in Old Town Fort Collins. This Saturday (Oct. 22nd) is the 2nd Annual Zombie Fest. Get a taste of what you're in for with the gallery of some of last year's pictures above.

There's something for every age group with the Zombie Crawl (all ages), the Zombie Ball (21+), the Zombie Prom (high school dance), the Teen Scream (middle school mayhem), and Zombie Kidz (family friendly). There will also be some extra-special zombie dance performances.

No, you don't have to dress up like a zombie, but aren't things like this that much more fun when you do? And there will be a ton of contests in the square throughout the night. Derek & I will be broadcasting live from the Zombie Crawl from 5-7 on Saturday night in Old Town Square in our own epic, zombie get-ups. Stop by the Point tent and get your picture taken so we can find the best zombie picture of the night.

The Zombie Crawl starts in Old Town Square where you purchase your wristband for $15. Your wristband entitles you to five specials from over 20 participating business in old town (drinks, shots, food, or whatever the respective business are offering). There will be a DJ spinning tunes in the square and zombies everywhere you look.

Trust me, it is a sight to behold and it's the perfect pre-Halloween event.

Red Dead Redemption's Mr. Irish will be in the square signing autographs and meeting fans at this year's Zombie Crawl. And he will be screening his zombie flick "Undead Lovers" just before Human Centipede at 10:45pm on Saturday night at the Lyric Cinema.
