Gangnam Style

We always assumed there was no way to truly improve upon 'Gangnam Style,' the monster viral hit by Korean pop star Psy. But then we saw this awesome acoustic cover and knew that we were wrong, oh so wrong.

"The song is characterized by its strongly addictive beats and lyrics, and is thus certain to penetrate the foundations of modern philosophy." That's the description of this video on YouTube. And they might be right -- Psy's 'Gangnam Style' has just set the Guinness world record for the most liked video on YouTube -- 2.2 million likes and counting. Congratulations!

Well, this thing has clearly gotten out of hand. There have been so many parodies, covers, remixes and tributes to 'Gangnam Style,' that we thought we'd save you all some time and find the most ridiculous ones we could. Hitler, Gandalf and Taiwanese students who didn't study hard enough all make the list, as well as hot moms and so many other absurdities that we may as well cut right to it. Read M

Psy brought down the house on Friday morning (Sept. 14), when he performed his massive hit 'Gangnam Style' on 'TODAY,' complete with his signature dance moves.

I'm not sure how certain songs get popular, but "Gangnam Style" by PSY somehow has over 145-million views on YouTube and countless parodies made with it. One of these parodies was created by a group of lifeguards in California and 14 people lost their jobs for it! Watch it below and find out why.
