Two men told police they had met some teenagers to practice sword fighting and got robbed. In reality, it was a drug deal gone bad and the men called police after the teens took their drugs and ran.

According to Cleveland.com, an Ohio man told police had and his buddy had been robbed by a group of teenagers. Apparently the two men were meeting the teens to practice medieval sword fighting, at least that was the cover story. (They couldn't have thought of something better than that?!)

It was actually a drug deal gone wrong where one of our guys tried had arranged to meet and sell $80 worth of marijuana to the teens and one of the kids pepper sprayed our guy, took the weed and ran.

Calling the police and telling them some kids robbed you, but not identifying anything they actually took is probably not a smart idea. Seems like that would bring up some red flag. Police tend to do things like...ask questions, and solve crimes.
