You Can Now Win $500 To New Belgium at Tour De Fat

New Belgium’s Tour de Fat team is introducing a new contest to up the creativity and uniqueness of your parade presence at this year’s event: their Pedal-Powered Parade Participant Contest.

According to New Belgium, “Contestants will be evaluated on the creativity, flair, and uniqueness of their pedal-powered float. The winning float/team will receive a $500 credit toward beer and merchandise at New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins.”

Well, that sounds like a perfect party budget, amiright?

Official rules include all entries being pedal-powered, all parts/persons not exceeding 72 inches in length, and adhering to the theme ‘Fun in the Sun’. All rules can be found right here.
