Worst Playground Idea? [VIDEO]

OK, so this video is going around the web with the title, "Worst playground ever" and other variations of that title. Is it accurate? Maybe, but that doesn't stop me from wanting to try it out. I mean seriously, if you put some padding around this thing, it would be extremely fun. I need to find out where this is at, who's with me.
