‘Wild Target’- Movie Review Monday
With summer upon us and the weekends getting busy I may not always have time to head to the theater to see a movie to review, but have no fear that is what Netflix, Blockbuster and Redbox are for. For my movie to review I turned to my extensive queue on Netflix to find a flick that maybe a lot of people haven't heard of and I found 'Wild Target' starring Emily Blunt, Bill Nighy and Rupert Grint. This was a very fun film. I was surprised by how much fun this film was. It follows the story of a hit-man who is contracted to assassinate Emily Blunt's character and ends up protecting her from other hit-men. The story is a bit predictable but the humor makes up for that. Another surprise in the film was Rupert Grint! You may know him as Ron Weasley from the 'Harry Potter' films. He was a great add to this film! When I first saw him I said " Hey look its Ron!" But he did a great job making me forget that.
This film is British so it does have some of that type of humor in it, but even if you are not a big fan of British humor you can still enjoy it.
I give this film 4 out of 5 silenced pistols!
'Wild Target' is rated PG-13 for violence, some sexual content and brief strong language
