Where Your Favorite TV Characters Would Hang in Fort Collins
Where is Fort Collins' Central Perk? Or Cheers? Where would your favorite TV characters frequent if their show was set in Northern Colorado? Our staff brainstormed, and this is what we came up with. Do you agree?
Sex and the City - Fusion
I dare you to go to Fusion Night Club on a Friday night, and not feel like Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte and Samantha are next to you at the bar, sipping cosmos and talking Big.
Gilmore Girls - Silver Grill
If any breakfast joint has that small town diner vibe, it's Silver Grill Cafe, which is why it's most likely where you'd find Rory and Lorelai exchanging witty banter over a cup of coffee.
Cheers - Pour Bros.
The door guy, Andrew, always remembers my name, so it's kind of that place 'where everybody knows your name.'
Or, at least Andrew the door guy does.
It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - Lucky Joe's
Though their bar hangout isn't coated in the dust of 10,000 peanut shells, it's still an Irish pub.
How I Met Your Mother
Well, It's Always Sunny just took Lucky Joe's so we think that the Steak-Out Saloon would be kind of like the after-work hangout, MacLaren's, of Fort Collins.
Entourage - Tony's
I've never seen the show, but someone here said 'that show is douchey.' So... Tony's.
Saved By the Bell - Big Al's
These kids were always hanging out in that diner eating burgers and fries (but never clogged their arteries?).
Friends - Wild Boar
What is the Central Perk of Fort Collins? I said the Alley Cat, of course, BUT they don't have any couches anymore so, it goes to Wild Boar.
Orange is the New Black - Larimer County Community Corrections
Obviously.
