Larimer Country residents will see that money has gone toward many of our favorite natural spots like Horsetooth, Fossil Creek, Boyd Lake, City Park, Carter Lake and MANY more. The sought after quality of life that we enjoy in this region is largely due to open space and preservation of natural areas, and some of that preservation comes from the lottery.
In 28 years, the Colorado Lottery has given back more than $2.3 billion to preserving Colorado’s beauty. The services they provide go across the board from education to infrastructure. Besides those who have gambling issues, it seems to me that there is no way to lose in playing the lottery in Colorado.
