According to Imnotobsessed.com, that quote was from Madonna, the material girl, defending the steep $300 ticket price of her 2012 tour.

(I'm going to see her in Denver tonight, but I might be biased since I'm not paying $300 to go.) I want to know where the $300 price tag even came from, the Pepsi Center lists tickets as starting at $49. I guess the $300 seats are just extra-special seats.
