The man accused of shooting and killing four people and wounding several more at a Waffle House near Nashville had had some police involvement in Colorado just last year.

News sources say that, in March, he actually called the Chaffee County Sheriff's Office over a harassment issue, but that ultimately no arrest was made.  At that time, Travis Reinking, who's 29 now, said he was from Salida.  He also talked about what made him happy, which was "true love.  Just because it's the best thing that can happen in life."

A customer at Waffle House wrestled Reinking's gun from him, and Reinking escaped.  He was later captured near his apartment Monday afternoon.
