Urban Bricks Kitchen Opens in Greeley, Lets Guests Pour Beer
In 2019, Urban Bricks in Fort Collins closed up shop after just a year, taking their delicious pies away from Fort Collins. The owners of the newest branch spent quarantine looking for the perfect location for their next business, then decided: how about Greeley?
According to The Greeley Tribune, Urban Bricks is now open at 7008 10th St., Suite 500, near King Soopers in west Greeley’s NorthGate Village shopping center.
Urban Bricks is a franchise originally founded in San Antonio where guests can order a wide variety of pizzas, paninis, and salads, however the Greeley branch has something new to offer Northern Colorado: guests can act as their own bartenders, using self-pour taps to imbibe in wine, beer, and spirits.
This is all thanks to a partnership with PourMyBeer, who has supplied 33 self-serve taps in the business.
