Um… Why is He Licking His Shoe? [VIDEO]

Words can not even explain this video. I have seen a lot of strange things and this is definitely up there with being the strangest. I am not sure if his shoe tastes magically delicious or if he is on something that makes it taste magically delicious. Either way he is licking that shoe like an ice cream cone on a hot summers day and no one on the subway is really noticing.

Maybe this is his way of giving his shoe a "spit shine"
