Wednesday's (January 27, 2021) frosty weather made for an interesting phenomenon along I-25 north of Denver. It looked like someone had put up a wall.

I know that when I looked at the video/photo, I thought it was from overseas, as in some sort of weird wall that someone had installed as a piece of art in say, France.

No, it was TopGolf in Thornton.

Apparently, the fog that had come in during the overnight and early morning froze to TopGolf's protective netting, creating a whie 'wall.' That wall prevented the sun from shining down onto I-25 which made northbound travel more slick and icy than if the wall had not been there.
