There’s a New Greek Spot in Colorado You Need to Check Out
If you love Greek and Mediterranean food, Colorado has a new place to try out. Sure, they have gyros and falafel, but their menu has much more.
You could probably open a place that solely sold gyros and falafel and do well; they are a couple of most-popular Greek items that people crave. This place, however, is ready for the diner looking for an extensive Mediterranean menu.
It's going to be worth going a bit out of your way to get some of this great food.
Greek Restaurant Opens in Windsor, Colorado
On the east side of Windsor, in the Water Valley area, you'll find a spot that was once home to Bungalow Ice Cream & Coffee, and then a Dickie's location; it is now Gyros & Falafel Grill.
Though it's an "off the beaten path" location, it makes arriving at Gyros & Falafel that much better; now your really ready for some great Greek/Mediterranean food. You can have a seat or grab it to go.

Entrees run about $17, with the Chef's Plates coming in at about $20. You'll find many different options when it comes to lunch and dinner, though. Shawarmas, kabobs, lamb shank, baba ghanouj, etc.

You're also going to find Coca-Cola malt beverage soft drinks that are popular in the Mediterranean, but not really found around Northern Colorado: Barbican, and a British soft drink, Vimto. We are talking authentic Greek/Mediterranean offerings, here.
Here's hoping that they have a lot of success; there aren't that many great Greek restaurants in the area.
Take a look.
