New Taco Restaurant Chain Comes to Colorado
When it comes to grabbing something tasty to eat in Colorado, a taco can always hit the spot. There's a chain that has been around since 2010, that made its first appearance in Colorado in June of 2024.
There are more than a few "taco places" in the Centennial State: Fuzzy's Tacos, Luna's Tacos & Taqueria, and of course, Taco Bell. Be looking for this new to Colorado chain to be in or near convenience stores along the highways of Colorado.
Just like you have seen Arby's and Subways near (or inside) convenience stores, these guys are seeing an opportunity to grab the tastebuds of Coloradans.
Their motto: "Cars Run on Gas, People Run on Tacos."
Street Taco Restaurant Chain Comes to Colorado
Before the end of 2024, we'll see seven Rusty Taco locations in Colorado, mostly in the Colorado Springs area. They have street tacos, breakfast tacos, nachos, churros, sopapillas. At their larger locations they also have beers and margaritas; our fingers are crossed that these new spots in Colorado will have the same.
According to C-StoreDive.com, they'll be inside Good 2 Go convenience stores in:
- Fountain.
- Colorado Springs (2 locations.)
- Castle Rock.
- Denver.
- Brighton.
- Dacono.
It does seem odd, to me, that a convenience store would have a restaurant that serves margaritas and beers inside their store, but bars are popping up in all sorts of "odd" locations these days, like inside a furniture store, for example.
