The Day the Balloon Died

On November 21st, my wife's birthday, I bought here a foil balloon filled with helium. That balloon has been a real trooper keeping with the float going. Last night was a somber night when we walked into the house to see our beloved balloon had finally bitten the proverbial dust.

The helium was gone and the balloon gave up on its float life. It had a good life and lasted a hardy 58 days... Just two days shy of 2 months. The balloon got to see Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas and New Years. Rest in peace balloon and float in the sky like a balloon should.
