A teenager who went into a Target in Raleigh, NC looking for a tie for his first job interview ended up getting some valuable life lessons. The teen went into Target asking if they had clip-on ties he could purchase for his first job interview. The clerk told the teen that they did not carry clip-on ties, but instead asked a co-worker if he could show the your boy how to tie a regular tie. The teen bough the tie and took a short lesson on how to tie it.

But the lessons didn't stop there. According to my719moms.com, a shopper noticed and snapped a picture of the clerk, giving the teen interview tips that. He talked to him about making eye contact, giving a firm handshake and making sure that he was presentable. When the teen left the store, the employees were cheering him on and yelling "good luck."

A few days later, several of the Target team members stopped by the Chick-Fil-A the teen was interviewing to share the story with the manager. The manager apparently remembered the "impressive" young man, and had already invited him back for a second interview.
