There have been more than a few Colorado fires reported today, fueled by dry warm weather and gusty winds. Emergency personal are responding to a fire on Storm Mountain just west of Fort Collins and Loveland.  Smoke is visible from the fire in Fort Collins and in Loveland.We'll post updates as I get them. The Coloradoan is reporting that Firefighters are responding to a three-acre fire west of Loveland on Storm Mountain.

The fire has been reported as burning on Roosevelt National Forest land, in the area of the 1700 block of Palisade Mountain Drive.

It is estimated at three acres and burning in light grass.

The Colorado Division of Emergency Management is monitoring all of these fires:

There are several other small wildland and grass fires that we are tracking in Custer County near Wetmore, Morgan County, Logan County, Weld County, and Larimer County near the Storm Mountain area.

This morning the Coloradoan the fire was 80% contained as of this morning, and Rylee DeGood from KWGN just tweeted this:

The fire burning west of Loveland near Storm Mountain is estimated at 14 acres. It is 100% contained.
