Snapchat 101: Mollie Teaches an Old Fart the Basics [VIDEO]

Snapchat's been around a while, so all the kids are seasoned pros. Others, however, are just now catching on.

A week or so ago I got a Snapchat message from my friend, Todd, who works for our sister station K99.

Yes, I had to take a screenshot of the conversation because not only did I think it was absolutely hilarious that this middle-aged man was asking me how to use Snapchat but I also knew it'd make a great video.

I myself am no expert at Snapchat, but I was able to cover the basics with Todd. In the video below, I went over what snaps are, how to create and send them, and how to use filters (Todd's favorite part). I also explained why taking screenshots is a d*** move.
