Vail Resorts want to get more people out on the slopes.

According to a report from The Denver Channel, Vail Resorts has unveiled the recent project Epic for Everyone, whose sole goal is to make season pass prices easier for more Coloradans to buy.

If you head to, the website has the disclaimer printed above the fold:

All pass prices reduced 20%* to make it easier for everyone to enjoy the mountains.

I will say, as a beginning skier, one of the biggest reasons why I have yet to hit the slopes isn't because of my lack of experience (though that definitely plays a part), it's because of the astronomical prices of skiing in general. Vail Resorts seems like it understands this issue, and wants to get more of us out there with skis on our feet!

Season passes range from the Epic Pass, which usually retails for $979 and is now $783, to the Epic Day Pass, which is a new option coming in May that only costs $323 for four days.

The Epic Day pass also offers a one-day pass that costs $87, which, according to The Denver Channel, is $22 down from last year.

It looks like I may be shredding some sweet powder here soon thanks to these price about you?
