Earlier today the Larimer County Sheriff, Justin Smith, shared some of his thoughts on the Arapahoe High School shooting that took place on Friday. Perhaps one of the most interesting things he brings up within his facebook post is the "significant downward trend in gun violence across our nation" since its peak in 1993.
