The intersection of South College Avenue and Trilby Road was closed for about five hours on Sunday as crews investigated a crash.

An 18-year-old male, 49-year-old female and a 16-year-old female, all from Berthoud, were transported to a hospital with serious injuries, according to a Fort Collins Police press release.

The trio were in a 2014 Dodge Ram driven by the 18-year-old. The truck was driving southbound on S. College Ave. when a Honda Civic made a left turn from northbound College Ave. onto Trilby Road.

The front of the Honda Civic collided with the driver's side of the Dodge Ram, causing the truck to roll over.

The driver of the Honda, a 20-year-old female from Fort Collins, was treated and released at the scene.

Police are working to determine if speed contributed to the collision.

Anyone with information about the collision, who has not already given a statement to police, is asked to contact Officer Ken Koski at 970-416-2229.
