Say “What!?”- Woman Stole Soda for the Deposit

Seriously! I know times are hard, but really? The woman from Massachusetts used a stolen welfare benefits card to purchase $64 worth of soda and then turned around immediately put the full cans into the store's automated redemption machine for the 5 cent refund.The manager of the store said that the full cans of soda did extensive damage to the machine and she is being held on a $250 bail.

It seems like she really didn't think this through. 1, if you are going to use a stolen card to get merchandise, one would think to hurry up and get away with your loot and not stick around. Which brings us to 2, at least go to a different store to use the can deposit and maybe on your way drain the soda... or drink it. I am not condoning this, I am just saying some people don't think things through.
