Reward Offered After Cub Was Shot in Estes Park

If you have any information about a cub that was shot last month, you can earn a reward. Last month a cub was spotted belly up in a creek, shot, in Estes Park. The mother bear watched from the bank, unable to help. Officials are outraged and are looking for help in identifying who would do this.
