Old bras, the ones you thought you'd wear someday, or the ones that never really fit you right, it's time to get rid of them!

There is an amazing Arizona based company recycling your bras. The company The Bra Recyclers® began Bra Recycling Month in October of 2010. This is all in an effort to give support to women who have survived breast cancer and domestic violence situations.

Here are the details directly from their website BraRecycling.com:

So, how does one recycle a bra? The Bra Recyclers take clean (yes, please) bras in good condition (functional clasps/straps).  Any sizes are helpful, although larger sizes (38 and up) and special needs/post surgical bras are especially needed.

Recycle YOUR bras in three easy steps:

1. Find used and unused bras that you, your family members or friends are no longer wearing and put them in a box or envelope.

2. Fill out the Bra Recycle Form from the website and include it in your box. In order to be eligible for the prize drawing, the Bra Recyclers must receive the Bra Recycling Form with your bras.

3. Mail your bras to 3317 S. Higley Rd, Ste 114-441 Gilbert, AZ 85297

There are also drop-off locations in several states and Canada. Click here for an interactive map to find out if there is a drop-off location near you. Be sure to include your Bra Recycle Form to be entered into the giveaways, even if you drop off locally!

Note: All bras must be postmarked by October 31 to be included in the drawing for prizes.

If you have any questions please send an email to bras@BraRecycling.com.
