RamaMama Opens Ramen Brick and Mortar in Fort Collins
Fort Collins residents now have a permanent place to get their ramen fix.
The owners of RamaMama have opened a brick and mortar spin-off of their famous food truck at 120 West Laurel Street in Fort Collins.
The restaurant is currently offering takeout orders, which can be placed online here, every Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Menu items include nine ramen dishes, a variety of banh mi options, and kimchi fries.
Owner John Lawyer, who also runs the Corndoggies food truck, hopes to expand the menu with dumplings, bao buns and more in the coming weeks.
The RamaMama food truck will also continue operating. This week, it will be at City Park on Wednesday (August 5) and at Sparge Brewing in Wellington on Friday (August 7).
Can I get a (r)Amen?
