In 2016, Prost Brewing opened a Fort Collins location located in Old Town in Old Firehouse Alley. Five years later, it's now owned by a kicker, who's moving it.

Joe DeLine has been a member of the CSU Football team since 2016; I should say he was a member of the team, as he's graduated and now completed his final season with the Rams (with the extra year of eligibility) on November 27, 2021.

Hailing from Steamboat Springs, Joe has strong Colorado roots; his brother Ben was a kicker for CSU, and his father Steve was a kicker for the team as well in the 80s, who went on to play for the San Diego Chargers and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Steve DeLine was part of a group that started the Fort Collins Prost Brewing in 2016;  Joe DeLine's cousin David launched the German beer brewery in Denver in 2012.  In June of 2021, with Joe having graduated from Colorado State, he became the sole owner of the Fort Collins Prost.

Having Business Real Estate within his degree, Joe has put it to use, and is moving Prost from Old Firehouse Alley, to College Avenue just north of Prospect. They will be taking over the location that used to be home to Wild Boar Café, which closed in late 2019.

When they opened up in Old Town the team did a lot of great renovation work, including that great patio; Joe and his team have plenty of room at the new location to create an all new experience, including brewing small batches of their own beer on-site, which is part of the plan.

Pat Stryker is the richest person in Fort Collins, by far. Here is the list of the seven richest people in the Centennial State.
