Plank Fishing- Fail! Friday [VIDEO]

Right from the start of this video you know how it is going to end. but, that doesn't make it any less funny.  Plus, I think that this is either a video full of drunk idiots, or just drunk people in general.  Also if you pay attention there are two fails here. Of course the plank fall, but there was a fail before that. I am talking about his horrible cast! Yikes!
