This is the third album for Panic! At The Disco, but the first album release since half the band decided to leave over creative differences. So will we get something like the first album? The second? Or something totally new?

"This time around, it was just Spencer and I, so we had two less opinions to work with," Urie explained to Alternative Press about the new recording process. "We really had to be sure and confident with what we wanted, and that took a little bit getting into. But toward the end, we definitely found our sound and we were just super-excited for it."
