One person is still unaccounted for following a huge fire that took over a condominium complex in Winter Park on Monday (April 13) morning.

The Denver Channel reports that the fire began at Braidwood Condominiums around 3 a.m.

Many firefighters responded to the fire, with the East Grand Fire Department stating it used 75,000 gallons of water to calm the flames.

Officials were able to control the fire by 7:45 a.m., but not before the blaze damaged most of the 12-unit building and destroyed the entire roof.

Only one other individual was in the complex during the fire, but they managed to escape and call 911.

The cause of the fire is still unknown, and an investigation is ongoing.
