One Dead and a Child Was Injured in Highway Crash

A two-car wreck Tuesday (June 21, 2016) evening resulted in one fatality and a child rushed to the hospital. According to 9 News, the accident happened around 6:30 p.m. on Highway 113 near Peetz in Logan County. The cause of accident is still under investigation, however, the driver of one of the cars died at the scene, and a child was airlifted to the Children's Hospital. At this time, it's not known if there were any other injuries resulting from the accident.
