It seems like the entire country can't stop talking about the legalization of marijuana in Colorado, and now the Commander-in-Chief has come out with some words about weed. Read on to see what he said and take our poll to let us know if you agree.

According to NBC, President Barrack Obama had this to say about marijuana to New Yorker Magazine:

As has been well-documented, I smoked pot as a kid, and I view it as a bad habit and a vice, not very different from the cigarettes that I smoked as a young person up through a big chunk of my adult life...I don’t think it is more dangerous than alcohol.

I honestly don't know all that much about marijuana, I've never tried the stuff, but I am fascinated by some of the arguments floating around all the issues surrounding the substance. (Both the valid and the absurd ones.) What do you think?

Obama said he thinks marijuana is less dangerous “in terms of its impact on the individual consumer.”  But he added, “it’s not something I encourage, and I’ve told my daughters I think it’s a bad idea, a waste of time, not very healthy."
