Northern Colorado Adds Newest Brewery, High Hops Brewery

Windsor is now in the mix when it comes to Northern Colorado's Breweries. High Hops Brewery is celebrating this weekend with music, food and beer!

Although the doors have been open for close to a month now, the brewery is unveiling its lineup of beers this weekend.

• The Honeyed One ( American Ale)
• The Dark One ( Milk Stout)
• The Golden One ( Lemon Pilsner)
• The Noble One (Belgian Ale)
• The Power Of Zeus ( Pale Ale)

The new brewery also plans on having 5 additional seasonal brews in rotation including bourbon barreled aged beers and sours.

Currently, High Hops Brewery is producing about 20 barrels per week. The Brewery will have kegs produced in the next few months and plan to distribute primarily in Windsor at first with more Northern Colorado locations to follow. They will introduce kegs and 22 ounce bombers.

The grand opening celebration is going on today from 12 until 9pm. The day is planned with lots-o-beer, music and food.
