This week will be a little sunnier and warmer than the last, according to the National Weather Service's forecast for Northern Colorado.

As temps reach the upper 80s on Monday and Tuesday, with just a slight chance of thunderstorms, the rest of the week will cool down, but not too much.

Wednesday is expected to reach the low 80s, and be breezy with a chance of afternoon thunderstorms. Wind gusts could be as fast as 25 miles per hour, bringing in a cooler forecast for Thursday and Friday. The week will wind down with temps in the 70s and sunny, and as of right now, no showers are predicted.
