If you are one of the few in Fort Collins who thinks we need more pizza and coffee shoppes in the city, your wish will be granted in 2017.

According to the Coloradoan, the first three tenants have been announced for the new Harmony Commons development in the city and it's pretty much more of the same.

MidiCi Neapolitan Pizza will open it's first ever location in the Rocky Mountain state, taking over a 3500 square foot location at the development. The pizza restaurant is based out of California, and was started in the San Fernando Valley region in 2015.

Along with classic pizza offerings, the establishment also serves up specialty pizzas including an egg and bacon pizza and a "Fishermans Pizza" which includes anchovies and italian tuna.

If coffee is what you are looking for on this side of the city, a familiar favorite may grab your attention for the new retail destination. Harbinger Coffee, which currently has a location on Mason Street, will be opening their second location when the development is finished next year.

Harbinger Coffee has a very popular following throughout Fort Collins, and will be looking to expand on their customer base at the new location.

A new brewhouse and restaurant is also planned for the new Harmony Commons, but no details have been further provided about this location.

Construction on the new retail spaces will be started this month, with businesses slated to open in the new location in March, 2017. Ground breaking on a new hotel at the location is slated to happen before the end of the year.
