Mom Arrested For Duct-Taping Baby

In more sad news involving a child, A 21-year-old woman is arrested after a picture of her with her 18-month-old daughter duct-taped to a chair surfaced on the Internet. In the picture the child is duct-taped to a chair and has duct-tape around the mouth and hands, while the mother is standing next to her smiling. The mother was arrested after she was identified in the picture. She was charged with child endangerment, false imprisonment, and unlawful restraint.

Serious? Why would you duct-tape your child, then take a picture? It just saddens me that people do this and think there is nothing wrong with it.

Don't people know that when you document stupid stuff, either with a photo or a video, it will end up on the Internet?
