Man High-Fives Cop Who Gave Him DUI- Say “What!?”

We have all been excited about certain things to the point of giving some random person a high-five, but a cop that pulls you over? A Pennsylvania man not only thanked the cop that pulled him over for driving without his headlights, but he also tried to give him a high-five. The Officer stated that the man said, "Thanks buddy" then tried to give him a high-five. The officer said, "That's not how it works," and gave the man a sobriety test. The 27-year old's blood alcohol level was 2 1/2 times the legal limit.

It seems like that high-five would have worked perfectly in a cheesy 80's movie but not real life.
