Man Arrested for Throwing Alligator into Wendy’s Drive-Thru
A man was arrested for throwing a 3-foot alligator through the window of a Wendy's drive-thru.
Joshua James, 23, allegedly pulled up to the drive-thru window at the restaurant east of Loxahatchee, Florida, got a drink from the worker, and threw the alligator through the window, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
He is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, illegally killing, possessing, or capturing an alligator, and second-degree larceny petit theft.
The incident actually occurred in October, but James was arrested by U.S. Marshals just this week.
