I don't care if you are not afraid of spiders or not, this will make you cringe and afraid of them.

A 42-year-old man from West Sussex was just doing a normal daily thing by putting on his jacket when something terrifying happened. As he put his jacket on, a hairy spider ran into his ear.

Did that make you cringe? It should have, but hold on, it gets worse. The man made his way to the doctor as the spider set up camp in his ear. Here is where it gets really creepy. The doctor pulled the spider out of his ear with some tweezers when some how the spider got free and scurried into the man's left nostril. AWWWWWWHFKADGHK AAKSDFH!!!! Not OK!!!!

Blood started dripping from his nose has he began to sneeze to try and get the spider out of his nose.

It happened so fast. The spider seemed to get up as high as the bridge of my nose and kept moving in there.

I was trying to sniff it into my throat and finally managed to blow it out, landing in the sink. It felt horrific.

He eventually blew the 2.5cm spider into a sink. BLAH!

This poor guy has been afraid of spiders since he was a kid and I don't think this is going to help him conquer his fear anytime soon.
