Casinos in Colorado are a great way to not only have fun, but to see the beauty of the state, as many are in the Colorado mountains. A pretty drive, maybe some extra cash in your pocket, it can make for a great day.

When you think about gambling in Colorado, most people think of Blackhawk and Central City; a lot of folks forget that Cripple Creek is also one of Colorado's gambling towns. All together, there are about 40 casinos in Colorado to try your luck.

When you venture out for a day or weekend of gambling, you want to have fun; part of that fun is actually winning. Sure, you can say that it's about the "overall experience" of the outing, but if you can add winning to the equation, all the better.

How many Coloradans have been to all three of Colorado's gambling towns? I have been to Central City/Black Hawk and Cripple Creek, but have yet to venture down to southwestern Colorado's Southern Ute Reservation to gamble.
