Talk about looking both ways. A Longmont toddler found herself wandering in the rush hour traffic earlier this week.

The Longmont Police have charged the mother of the toddler with neglect after she was nowhere to be found as the child was wondering through traffic.

Melanie Fuller rescued the 22 month old child after she was seen being nearly hit by multiple vehicles.

Fuller was driving as she saw the infant and slammed on her brakes and jumped out to grab her and took her to the nearby sidewalk. She then asked "Where is your mommy?" The girl responded by pointing to a house. The mother was found inside asleep thinking her kids were also down for a nap.
