Kid Waking Up From Anesthesia [VIDEO]

There are a ton of these videos on Youtube and they are all entertaining. This kid seems to have turned into a "bro" from being on anesthesia and I am pretty sure he is going to have the nickname "Dizzy" for a while. I have been under before, but luckily no one took video.
