Katy Perry is going to guest star on How I Met Your Mother, my favorite Monday night tv show on CBS. She must be enjoying the scene high atop her successful career ride right now.  At last night's People's Choice Awards she got favorite female artist and favorite online sensation honors, her new single "Firework" topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the fourth week in a row and "California Gurls" was named the best-selling digital song of 2010.  WOWZA!!!
