Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar in Fort Collins is reopening for takeout on May 29.

According to a press release from the restaurant, customers will soon be able to get their seafood fix from a walk-up window every day from 3:30-8:30 p.m.

The takeout menu will differ slightly from the in-house menu, offering items like fried calamari, crab cake, gumbo, half shell oysters, crab, and peel n' eat shrimp.

At-home meal kits will also be available, so that customers can try their hand at cooking Jax's seafood themselves.

Adam Reed, Director of Operations, called the new takeout options an "ode to the season," noting that spring produce, such as tomatoes and snap peas, will be heavily featured.

The restaurant is also offering takeout cocktails, and a condensed wine and beer selection.

Upon the takeout reopening, customers will be able to place orders online, or order directly from the walk-up window.

According to the press release, delivery will also be available in the near future.
